Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 between the hours of 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. (Cary only - Free Fork Lift Not Available.)

No high-cost laborer waiting to carry your display from the door to your booth location. You may set up your display on your own (even if it takes you all day)!. All loading and unloading may be done at any door to the three halls.

If you need a Forklift See anyone at Exhibitors Services when at the show , we have a Forklift for you to use that is free for all exhibitors.
